The Bethel Park School District Human Resources Department supports the school district in many ways:
- Recruits, hires, and staffs qualified professional and non-professional employees.
- Handles all employee and labor relations issues.
- Administers health, life, and workers' compensation benefits.
- Maintains employee records and certification information.
- Handles all requests for FMLA, Maternity, and Sabbatical Leaves of Absence.

Teacher Certification
All applications for Educator Certification must be submitted on-line through the new Teacher Information Management System (TIMS)
