BPHS Sophomore Katharine Tabler was recently selected to receive a Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) Scholarship to Germany for the 2024-2025 school year.
A grant from the US and German governments will allow her to live and study in the Federal Republic of Germany during her junior year.
Kate, an Honors German III student, is the high school German Club secretary and a member of the BPHS chapter of the Delta Epsilon Phi German National Honor Society. She is also the latest in a long line of CBYX scholarship winners from BPHS-- a Bethel Park High School German student who has been selected as a CBYX recipient for four of the past five years.
